I’m writing this after lights out. I’m sorry, USAF.

Hello friends. These last few days, I’ve worked harder than I have in a long long time, and it feels great. My legs hurt, my heels hurt, and I’m covered in mosquito bites, but I am happy.

I don’t want to go into specifics about the training program here, but it is challenging. We are grouped into units, or “flights”, as they are called in the Air Force, and I think my flight is great. Everyone generally wants to achieve success and pass OTS, so almost everyone is motivated to learn and improve. These people have collee degrees, so I see alot more intelligence than I’m used to… that’s just how it is.

Anyway, I’m fine, it’s hard, but I’m still here. Now… it’s time for bed.
